The Company History:

· David Schmidt (Lifewave CEO & Founder) was contracted by the US Government in 1998 to provide an energy source for the US Military that was required to be light weight, have no side effects and must not contain any stimulants.

· David invented the patches, found that it also gives a form of pain relief and Lifewave was born. After patenting them David made them available to the public in 2004. Today Lifewave has presence in 23 countries and the company website is currently displayed in five languages.

The Industry:

· Nanotechnology is defined as Software for The Human Body or more commonly Energy Medicine!

· Lifewave utilizes this technology to gently stimulate acupuncture points – literally improving the flow of energy in the body for the improvement of health – and all within minutes of use.

The Technology:

· The Lifewave Patches, classified in the US & TGA (Australia) & registered as a “Medical Device” will normally be adhered to the skin, but may be placed on your clothing, and can in fact be activated up to 3 cm away from your body. The patches are Non-Tran dermal (nothing enters the body), contain only water, oxygen, glucose & amino acids and are free from chemicals, drugs and stimulants.

· All Lifewave patches are manufactured at FDA registered facilities.

· They have also passed stringent tests conducted by the US and World Anti Doping Agency (WADA).

· These patches communicate with the body through the human electromagnetic fields; a process known as resonant energy transfer.

· The body has the ability to energize and heal itself but it has been compromised by the lifestyles we lead, consuming excessive alcohol, cigarettes & sugars couple with bodily injuries and illness will impair this natural process and can block these energy fields and, limit their ability to function efficiently.
